Steamed scrambled eggs

A handful of chieve
Cut the eggs with a small scissors with curved points to the half of the circumference, empty the yolk and the egg white and season with the slightly fried bacon and chive for about 15 minutes. Add water to the eggs and beat briskly until the appearance of a transparent foam, which needs to be taken out with a spoon. Pour the compost in the previously divided eggshell, add salt and cook in the steamer for 7 minutes.
